We will have limited number of half and whole hog options available in September 2026. Please reach out if you'd like to get on the list for one of these options. Pork is processed at a USDA facility in Colorado. We will also have select options by the cut available for purchase when in stock.

Whole/Half Hog

With this option you get to choose your own cuts and fill your freezer with what your family will use and eat.

Your take home is approximately 80 (+/-) pounds of pork for a whole hog and about 40( +/-) pounds for a half hog.

What you pay is calculated off hanging weight $4.50/pound

$150 deposit for a whole and $100 for a half

Processing fee ~$300 for a whole hog and ~$150 for a half

Whole Hog all in ~ $800-900

Half Hog all in ~$400-500
